Test anxiety

...See more Hi everyone, I’ve got really bad test anxiety. The problem with that is that I have a fitness test that I have to take for work every year. I’ve passed it every time I have to take it for several years, but I still spend a month or two worrying about it beforehand. Does anyone have any tips that could boost my confidence in it? Thank you in advance.

...See more Hello everyone, I took a promotion for work but it requires me to go across the country for 6 months for training before I can start. I’m really anxious about being there and away from my home and family for that long. Has anyone else gone through something similar? How did you cope? thank you in advance.

I just put my dog down
Grief & Loss / by sensitivePond7614

...See more Hello everyone, I had to put my collie down last week. He was 13 and had lost almost all of his mind. He didn’t know where he was or who I was most days. His vet said there was nothing else to be done. I had my equine vet come out and do it at home. She sedated him first so he just fell asleep in his bed before she gave him the shot. I’ve had other dogs but they’ve all died naturally. i feel a little like a dog murderer and don’t ever want another dog. That was probably the hardest thing I’ve ever done. I’m just curious about how everyone else has gotten over this feeling.
