...See more I’m a 23 yr old female and I feel so awful and guilty because of the fact that I have felt lonely. The reason I feel guilty is because I am in a 3 yr relationship with my bf and for some reason no matter how good he is I still feel unsatisfied. I hate it because I genuinely love him but have this urge all the time so self sabotage.

...See more I’m a 23 yr old female who is struggling with mental illness and struggles with daily tasks. Right now I’ve been struggling a lot in my relationship. I don’t know how to communicate the best and my bf doesn’t seem to understand even though he tries so hard. It makes the guilt 10x worse, when I seem to make things harder when I can’t control the things I do/say. I feel so hopeless and alone.

I have always been the listener in a conversation so I never know how to start talking about myself and what’s going on with me.
