Can’t we talk?

I’m new here and I’m not sure how to start. I would love to speak to yall and connect with each other. I have always been the listener in a conversation so I never know how to start talking about myself and what’s going on with me. I hope there someone who can help me learn to open up and accept that I am bipolar and I should speak out about it.
