What do I do?
I’m a 23 yr old female and I feel so awful and guilty because of the fact that I have felt lonely. The reason I feel guilty is because I am in a 3 yr relationship with my bf and for some reason no matter how good he is I still feel unsatisfied. I hate it because I genuinely love him but have this urge all the time so self sabotage.

They say that loneliness is more about our internal stare, than who we are with, so it's totally possible to be lonely in a relationship.
For me the dissatisfaction came from unrealistic expectations. I expected my partner to solve my problems and they were determined to do it. What would happen if you stopped expecting your bf to meet your needs and you had to meet them yourself? If you can't satisfy yourself, is it fair to expect someone else to?
Sweetie feeling lonely while in a relationship doesn't make you a bad person it just means there’s an emotional need that hasn't been met yet even if your partner is wonderful this urge to self-sabotage is often just a way your mind tries to cope with guilt
Instead of pushing him away try to understand where this void is coming from Is it a lack of deep connection or something internal you need to work on? you deserve to feel at peace and being honest about your feelings both to yourself and to him is the first step toward healing
