...See more I had been doing fine, But within the past month I've started to get overstimulated easier and easier. I live in a loud house with alot of screaming and yelling (My brothers are also on the spectrum and use screaming to communicate ALOT) And now I just can't take it anymore. I start crying everytime they raise their voices and scream and I don't know how to get away from it. I live here, they're my brothers, and I feel guilty that I cry whenever they scream because that's just how they are

...See more My grandma tried to commit once, And now I'm afraid she will do it again even though she says she won't. I can't control how my mom and my grandma argue and I can't make her feel better and I'm just so overwhelmed. My mental health has been going on a decline since the beginning of November, but now I feel like I'm stuck and my heart hurts and I feel so guilty about ever single thing and I just don't know how to do this anymore
