...See more My husband and I have been married for 3 and a half years. We’ve been happy, and we’ve struggled. On Monday, he texted me while he was at work saying he didn’t know if he loved me anymore, and felt like he was trapped in our marriage. It’s now Friday, and he texted me while at work again, saying he “can’t do this anymore”, that he was sorry, and that he was just done. I am devastated. Angry. Heartbroken. Clueless. Shocked. How did this happen? He’s battling his own depression right now. He says it’s not me, it’s him, and he doesn’t like how his life is. I don’t know what I’m going to do.

...See more I'm so anxious, my anxiety has anxiety. My life is a mess. I'm such a wreck. That's what I always tell people, and they usually just laugh, because things like that are just funny anymore. Things like anxiety and depression are turned around into a joke so that we can somehow express how we're feeling inside, but at the same time people can still just kind of brush it off and move on to the next important thing. We're anxious to tell people "I feel like I'm dying inside" but when that does come out, we ourselves turn it into something funny, and then we all just laugh about it. But I don't want to laugh. I want to cry. I want to scream. I want to be taken seriously.
