I don't know what to do anymore

...See more I feel like I'm just repeating every day over and over. And I used to be so excited when Christmas would come and stuff and now I'm just... nothing. And I don't know what to do because I'm too scared to actually tell somebody that I have really dark thoughts every single day. My parents joke about how weak and stupid everybody is that has mental health issues. So I feel like I can't talk to them. And even if I did, I think I would feel so guilty for giving them more problems to deal with. So I think I should wait. But I can't. Because every day for the last few years, it's just been getting worse and worse. And I am so done with it all. With all the pressure. With making the wrong choices over and over again. So I don't know how to keep going. Sorry for rambling. And sorry if I broke the guidelines or smth.

Am I just dramatic?

...See more I hate how I always feel like I'm not good enough. Even when I literally sh, 2 of my friends also did it in the past and have so many better reasons to be sh and I feel like I'm just doing it for attention sometimes. And like also my reasons aren't good enough to sh compared to theirs. But I don't know how to stop because it's how I cope. And I feel guilty because I have a pretty decent life compared to a lot of other people. There are no huge disasters happening to me. So who am I to feel like this? Why do I feel so sad when I have no reason to? It makes me feel stupid and selfish and like I’m just being dramatic.

How do I tell them?

...See more I'm 13 and sh since I was 11, and I want to tell my parents before it gets too bad. I just don't know how to. How do I tell my parents that they've been making me feel this bad? I don't want to hurt their feelings and knowing my mom, she'll just make it about herself. That's why I'm not sure if I want to tell her anyway. She’ll just turn it into a “why are you doing this to me” kind of thing. But she yells and fights so much with our family and I can't take the yelling and constant anger at me or my siblings anymore. If anyone’s been through something like this or has some tips on how to tell my parents, I’d be really grateful.
