...See more Hello there! My sister was recently diagnosed with bipolar I and I do not know how to support her., especially when it comes to her manic episodes. Do any of you have any suggestions?

...See more I was recently made it to a finalist round of a scholarship that I had devoted so much time on. The final round consists of a Zoom interview. I had a mock interview to prepare and I said so many filler words such as “um” , or “like.” The person who was doing the mock interview was very honest and told me to practice more with someone and I asked one of my mentors to interview me. Every time my interviewer would ask me a question, I could feel my throat start to close up on me and I’m not able to breathe until tears come running down my face. This is not the first time this had happened. I still practiced before the mock interview and still had that same habit. Thank god it wasn’t in person. Do any of you have any recommendations to prepare for interviews?
