...See more I've recently been diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and my doctor also mentioned about POTS I feel like I fit a lot of the symptoms but u don't know how to get the doctors to listen to me because im always brushed off because of my age as I'm only 20 and it's really frustrating if anyone has any advice it'd be really helpful 🙃

...See more Hi all I dont really know what to do... im 20 so still live at home but I hate it I wish I could move out because I just feel so trapped and alone in my own house and I've had enough and no one understands and thinks I'm just being moody or *** but I'm just struggling so much and anytime I try to express that I just get told to get over it in so many words.... im just fed up 😕

...See more Hiya I haven't been in here in a while but my therapist suggested that I reach out as I've been really struggling with balancing my personal and home/care life balance to be honest I've probably been a young adult carer for near enough 15 years first for my dad then my brother then grandad now both my brothers and my mum and im just really struggling finding people that can relate to me and understand the way I'm feeling... it's like an unintentional under appreciation and like I'm letting everyone down for feeling that way... I hope someone knows what I mean 😕
