...See more Hi, I've been struggling with the things listed in the title and I'm wondering if anyone can help. I've always studied very hard and cared a lot about my grades but the pressure is getting too much..... I get overly anxious and feel so alone in this struggle....

...See more I've been feeling very anxious for a long time now..... I'm always feeling overwhelmed by school and I'm just so so stressed and I'm experiencing burnout symptoms. And I just cannot stop worrying about school. When I'm trying to relax, thoughts like "is there any assignment that I should be doing now/is there any quiz that I should be revising for now" keep popping up and I can't stop thinking and worrying about it. It's getting too much.....

...See more I get so anxious at school, all the time. It's like I'm in a tense mode once I enter my school. It's very exhausting. I get so stressed out by every single quiz or test or assignment. I'm going to explode from the pressure of expecting myself to do well. I feel so guilty when I'm not doing homework or revising. Then very often I just don't want to revise anymore cuz there's just so much to do and I can't bring myself to do it anymore.... Please help I'm so frustrated with myself right now....
