So anxious and stressed and burnout

I've been feeling very anxious for a long time now..... I'm always feeling overwhelmed by school and I'm just so so stressed and I'm experiencing burnout symptoms. And I just cannot stop worrying about school. When I'm trying to relax, thoughts like "is there any assignment that I should be doing now/is there any quiz that I should be revising for now" keep popping up and I can't stop thinking and worrying about it. It's getting too much.....

I am sorry to hear that you are feeling so overwhelmed with school. :( School can definitely be stressful. Have you thought about talking to your advisors and professors and seeing what you could possibly do? <3

@HalliwellSister I feel like it's too private to share.... I don't like opening up to people.. It feels too exposed

oh that's understandable. I'm the same. It's hard for me to seek help. Do you have ability to raise your grades or drop the class ?

@HalliwellSister I think my grades are okay now, they're not super bad but I just can't stop worrying about what assignments I have to do or what I have to revise.... And it's not specific to one class, I'm like that with all my classes so dropping them isn't an option...

oh worry is natural. You want to do it all correctly. Maybe having a planner could help organize it all?

i am sorry to hear that. I'm not a doc but sounds a bit like OCD tendencies. Is this that you've felt this way?

@warmheartedPeach165

yeah maybe. Could always be both. We can't be sure as we are not doctors. Only a doctor could say for sure. Anxiety is usually easily self diagnosed though.
