...See more Hey guys,this time it a happy update.Me and my ex talked and now we are friends he made me realize Something:That i'm not an monster.I can't be more gratefull to him for forgiving me and helping me indirectly overcome my negative thoughts but i still need healing.But the biggest step was realizing all i thought of me was wrong i'm not an abuser.Now i need to forgive myself.Thank You all for the support<33

...See more My ex bf forgave me but i still can't stop feeling how i used to feel,in these recent days i have experienced physical disconfort it not Something new tho i mean when i remenber what happened 4 months ago i feel pain.I feel dissapointed at the same time That i still can't be happy,also my friend left he was like my Little brother it hurts so bad i can't fix my past mistakes i hate myself i hate how i used to be..idk If i will get better but at the same time i Don't want to because i feel i deserve this horrible pain i'm feeling i'm in a nightmare i'm sorry.I hate myself.Idk what i want anymore
