@warmheartedVillage00

Abuse for me is physically, emotionally or sexually hurting someone.

Doing something to cause harm without consent!

I put together some lists of the characteristics of healthy, unhealthy, and abusive relationships in this thread:

Hey, I saw your response in the other thread. Glad that the lists felt like they helped clarify that "abuse" didn't really fit what's been happening (i.e. wanting to connect but being afraid of hurting someone). 💜

this is one of the places online that talks about different  types of abuse. we say if your not doing the actions within them then you not a abuser. for years due to our own abuse we thought we was abuser too. this also was tied up in us loving our 3 kids to the government.

https://www.dshs.wa.gov/altsa/home-and-community-services/types-and-signs-abuse

we think that anyone who been abused or had other trauma  always asking am i a abuser. we also say if you asking that question then your not due to abusers do not question what they doing to others

all types of abuse are done to  control  others, sadly many who were abused do at times abuse others. but also we feel if they get help and want to acted different  then how they was treated. they want to not abuse others

hope this helps
