...See more I can't sleep without crying over events that happened in my childhood. Even if I had a normal day, when it's time to sleep my mind starts ruminating, not about one specific event but many, so I escaped by playing video games all night until I was too exhausted to fall asleep. This pattern continued for several months, which of course affected my energy and appetite and I lost some weight. I wasn't like this before, so why now?
