...See more I have tried everything to help cope with anxiety, books, websites, podcasts, diet, exercise, medication, and I am in the middle of therapy and I am losing hope. At 25 years old I don't feel much different from when I was a teenager. I feel it 24/7, it affects my relationships with my family, friends, professionally, and I honestly can't be like this at my age and with increasing responsibilities. I often times can't think of anything to say until I leave a social situation and I feel very tense, self conscious, awkward, and pressured to start or keep a conversation going. Just need some guidance.
