Looking for Christian Advice About a Complicated Family Situation

...See more  Hello, I’m reaching out because I’m dealing with a long‑term family situation involving my wife’s adult son (38), and it has become very stressful for both of us. He has been living in our office building for several years, and we now must sell the property. He refuses to move, has no job, and has nowhere to go. He also does not want to live with us. Communication is extremely limited. He will only text my wife, and even then, there is never a real plan or solution. The conversations are always centered on his needs, never on the impact this situation is having on us, and nothing ever changes. There are signs he may be struggling with something beyond what my wife and I can address on our own, possibly a mental or emotional issue. We are concerned that if he doesn’t choose a different option soon, he will end up homeless. I’m not looking for counseling for myself, but I do need direction on how to handle this in a healthy and God‑honoring way. I don’t want to overwhelm anyone with details, but the situation is serious enough that I’m hoping someone can point me toward the right next steps or resources. Thank you for your time and help.
