I came here to find help myself and I did and it made me feel a lot better and I want to do the same for others by listening to them. I love to read and listen to music. My name is Cynthia. Mental wellness is something I have always been very passionate about. I have a deep and abiding interest in the well-being of others and I understand that mental health is a state of emotional, psychological, and social well-being that allows individuals to reach their full potential and lead fulfilling lives. From my experience over the years, I have seen how various mental illnesses have affected the lives of individuals and their loved ones. My passion for mental health has mostly been shaped by personal experiences, as well as exposure to the challenges faced by those struggling with mental health issues. I have seen the impact of untreated mental illness on friends, and family members, I have also witnessed the stigma that can surround mental health and the negative impact it can have on those who are struggling hence, I am deeply committed to making a positive difference in the lives of those that have struggled.
