Hey!!  In my dark phase 7cups played a role to give strength.  Wish i could support the same to others . I prefer slow chat that suits my work n routine as my single mom. So have to balance personal life along with 7cups Right now I won't be taking intense issue 

I'm a retired hospice nurse, also have home health nursing experience.  Supportive listening has played a major role in my life, even before getting into the medical field.  I have personal experience with and have provided support for victims of emotional and sexual abuse, also those with emotional challenges, including depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and trauma.  Please keep in mind, my role here is as a listener, therefore do not give advice.
