Hey! I'm KindnessSpreader27. I'm here because I believe sometimes the most helpful thing you can give someone isn't an answer — it's simply having someone willing to listen. I'm not a professional therapist, and I don't pretend to have all the answers. I'm just a person who has been through my own difficult moments and understands what it feels like to have a lot on your mind and nowhere to put it. I enjoy listening to people, understanding different perspectives, and having honest conversations without judgment. You don't need to make yourself sound okay around me, and you don't need to have everything figured out before you talk. If you're having a bad day, feeling lost, overwhelmed, lonely, frustrated, or you simply need someone to talk to, I'm happy to listen. You don't have to carry everything by yourself. Take your time. I'm here.

Hi, I’m Harris. My journey has been filled with ups and downs, shaped by both the experiences I’ve faced and the ways I’ve learned to cope with them. Growing up, I dealt with a lot of emotional challenges, including childhood trauma, feelings of attachment issues, and the impact of bullying. These experiences left me with a lot to process, and I spent many years feeling disconnected, anxious, and struggling with body shame. Anxiety has been a constant companion, and the fear of judgment from others often made it difficult to fully embrace who I am. But through all of this, I’ve found strength in self-awareness, physical movement, and creativity. For me, stargazing, running, and cycling at night became essential ways to calm my mind and reset emotionally. The peacefulness of the night sky and the rhythm of moving my body help me reconnect with myself, especially when life feels overwhelming. I also find a lot of healing through art, poetry, and drawing. These creative outlets allow me to express emotions I sometimes can’t put into words. They help me process the overload of feelings, especially on days when everything seems out of control. While I’ve experienced periods of emotional numbness and extreme emotional highs, I’ve worked hard to develop routines that keep me balanced. I recognize when my emotions are getting overwhelming, and I’ve learned to pause, reflect, and prioritize my well-being. That balance also involves making sure I take care of my physical health through diet, sleep, and exercise. Through my own experiences, I’ve come to understand the importance of emotional healing and how it affects not just your mental health but your overall quality of life. The trauma I experienced as a child, especially with attachment issues, has made it harder at times to trust or connect deeply with others, but it’s also given me the motivation to work on healing and breaking those cycles. I’m successfully changing my life by working toward my goal of becoming a radiologist. I’m also currently a part-time teacher, which has been incredibly rewarding. I’ve worked with special needs kids, and it’s given me a deep sense of purpose. Helping others, especially those who face their own challenges, has been a major motivator in my own growth. Even though I’ve dealt with bullying and body shame, I’m proud of how far I’ve come. I’ve learned to care less about the opinions of others and more about how I feel about myself. Anxiety may still show up from time to time, but I’m no longer letting it control me. It’s something I continue to work through, and each day is a step toward a more grounded version of myself. I’m passionate about mental health and supporting others who’ve experienced similar struggles. While I’m not formally trained, I’ve become more informed about mental health resources and ways to help those around me. My hope is that by sharing my story and connecting with others, we can all heal together and break the stigma around mental health. I’m committed to changing my life for the better, and I believe anyone can do the same with the right support and self-awareness.

✨️please read me✨️ Hello  I'm here to hear you out. I can guarantee complete discretion and acceptance. With me, you'll have the time and patience to share whatever you feel like.  I have myself had experience with various mental health and chronic conditions. I have life experience and I've been through a lot of things. There are the positive reviews to vouch for me as well.  In my free time I write, I play guitar a little and paint. I have a few cats, dogs and a pet bird. I love animals, music and films. I listen to old american folk and some indie bands, I like watching arthouse films.  Text me if you need an ear to listen. :) Due to some very uncomfortable and serious situations I'll mostly be accepting direct requests. I hope you understand. :) I don't feel knowledgable enough nor do I feel comfortable talking about *unless you just want to vent*: * Severe abuse  * Sexual topics and abuse * Extreme poverty * Relationship/breakup drama/blame games * Gambling/crime * Dangerous situations * Untreated bpd/other personality disorders * Self diagnosing/using a listener to diagnose you  P.S. If I don't answer right away have patience, I'll get back to you as soon as I can. I can only talk for about an hour per member a day. Chit chats and casual chats are okay and welcome. Feel free to check in. If you have an emergency seek out services in your country. I can't offer advice nor share my personal info. Please be safe when using the app. Emergencies include : actively or passively feeling suicidal (not feeling like being alive), dealing with crime and actively being in danger. Listeners can't help you with everything, seeking professional help is always better. If you're being rude, passive agressive, manipulative, harrassing, insulting or you ask for personal information persistently you will be blocked. Thank you.

Hey, I’m Jake. 👋 I’m a military combat veteran, currently working in healthcare as a respiratory therapist, married, and I have twin boys! I’m just an average guy who’s learned a lot through life’s harder seasons. I’ve lived through PTSD, severe depression, anxiety, and alcoholism. For a long time, I tried to avoid my problems instead of facing them. Recovery didn’t begin until I started addressing what was really going on beneath the surface. I don’t have all the answers, but I’ll give you my full attention and a conversation without judgment. I believe we’re all meant to love and be loved, and I’m simply here to help the next person however I can. You are not a failure. Whatever brought you here, my hope is that you leave feeling a little lighter, a little more hopeful, and reminded that you don’t have to carry it all alone. 😊
