I'm a recent graduate from university working as a medical scribe before starting medical school. I have struggled with depression and anxiety for many years and want to provide a resource for others to help with their issues. Growing up with parents who were immigrants, mental illness was always a difficult topic to discuss. To them, mental illnesses are only real if they are accompanied by physical symptoms as well. Invisible disorders such as depression and anxiety are not considered real in many Asian cultures. I want to spread awareness for hidden mental illnesses, especially in cultures that don't believe in it. Asian Americans experience mental illness a lot differently from Asians and Americans, and I want to support those individuals who are hesitant to seek help.
I generally do take chat requests that concern issues related to sexuality, however, please keep in mind that I will only discuss these topics in a professional manner and personal questions that I deem inappropriate will not be tolerated. Thanks for understanding! :)
Hobbies: I enjoy reading, watching movies (particularly horror), playing games, hiking, and hot yoga.
