Hi! I am a Bsc psychology student in U Of T, I enjoy football and helping people in need!

I have gone through some difficult times in the past which are behind me now. During my struggles I found that communicating with someone that cares is a precious gift so I hope to provide the same for someone else. I have personal experience with emotional abuse, depression, social anxiety, complex PTSD as well as having a family member with Borderline Personality Disorder. I also dealt with a person very close to me who took their own life.

I'm a music therapist who loves dogs, takeaways and sound baths. Happy to listen and to chat.

While I am open to and accepting of all members of the LGBTQ+ community, I feel my personal experience makes me most suited to supporting those who relate to or don similar labels. Now entering my 40's I have had experiences with a variety of issues from early childhood to present. I have found this can enhance my natural ability to empathize while still offering alternate perspectives. I primarily provide support for and am most comfortable with topics I have indicated in my profile. There are certain topics that I do not take chats involving, namely drugs, alcohol, detailed discussion of sexual topics, or any which contravene the rules of 7 Cups. I believe that no matter how deep the pain in your heart is, you do not have to carry it alone. Life can bring immense challenges, but it also holds the capacity for profound healing, resilience, and hope. My own life has been shaped by major turning points, including walking through profound loss and navigating long-term struggles with trauma, PTSD, and CPTSD. I know firsthand how heavy the weight of grief and sorrow can feel. My personal journey—and my faith as a Christian—has given me a deep heart for those who are hurting. Out of this passion, I am currently pursuing formal studies in a professional counseling diploma program (graduating in March 2027) to deepen my understanding of human healing. Please note that on 7 Cups, I am here strictly as a volunteer peer listener.
