Lost in the Fog

I've lately begun to realize that the Fog of unease is constantly around me

They say your 30's will be the best time of your life.

They say you'll begin to truly find yourself when you reach your 30's, but I'd have to say I was lied to.

They painted a false picture of adulthood to glamorize everything.

I should've enjoyed my childhood more though it was also filled with hardship and trauma, I could've taken my time with learning from those life chapters.

This Fog that begins to cloud our vision in our 20's just become worse by your 30's especially with the wrong support system.

The Fog is so thick you can see whats lurking within.

will it enlighten me or shroud me darkness?

Is it a monster?
