Haven’t been active in a while

Hello everyone was t sure where to put this. I have been offline as I e been busy with my family im a mom and wife i look after animals and clean and my life gets busy and the mornings i have time for myself and things I like to try to do after getting my son off to school. I am not in a self care period but next Monday I am going to try to come back on here and chat and help others out some. Trying to manage my time more efficiently and not get carried away on here. Can anyone relate especially having afhd and autism to top it off.
