Welcome to 7cups! I'm sorry to hear your going through this! Breakups are never easy particularly if they happen without closure.
I hope that when your ready you will reach out to a listner and chat to them about how your feeling and they can help bu listening to you and letting you say what you need to say to help close those wounds.
I promise it does get easier with time, wounds do start to heal, and although they never heal the same the scars they leave can help us to grow and become a better version of ourselves <3
