I feel lost, numb, too much, too little, lonely, all at the same time

@natashaarora Hey Natasha I am not an expert, but I have two or three firends (collage ones) whome i can call, they are also buys in thier lives but they get back to always, i can tell them i am in trouble and they won't judge me. I guess you should find such people in your life, they can be your parents siblings or friends.

But sometimes i also have realizations like yours, then i just tell myself, its my life and i am fully responsible for it and cant expect anyone to be with me always, my job is to keep myself happy.. so I make myself busy in job/study or having fun with family.
