Losing Everything and Never Fully Recovering
I’m 29. At one point, I had built a good life for myself: a job I liked, good relationships, and an almost perfect relationship with my family.
Then, within six months, I lost my job. We had to leave our country because of war. I lost my father. I lost my country. My family ended up in one place, while I ended up in another.
It has been more than a year and a half, and I’m still struggling. If anything, it feels like things are getting worse every day.
I can’t even afford to see a therapist because of my financial situation, while living in a place that is supposed to be a paradise for ambitious people chasing a better life.
Is there really such a thing as starting over from zero and building a good life again?
Or do some people simply lose their chance, and eventually have to learn how to live with that?

I think some win and some lose but that's not the point, it's the "Journey."
Being bold and embracing life is quite a adventure.
Going through the ups and downs mean you lived a meaningful life..🌲
I feel the same way. Holding on by a thread myself.
