Lost in the world

Hey, I'm 26 and I feel beat down by life. I'm sure many of you can relate. I am currently estranged from my family and its a lonely existence. I have trouble finding people I can relate to and I seem to want to hold onto the wrong people way too tightly. My current relationship has been riddled with doubt and has become codependent and unhealthy, where as when I'm alone I can lead a dependent life but I get very unstable. Theres times where I wish I had a mentor or something. So far I have traveled by myself to so many different states, but they've all been solitary so I dont have much to show for anything. I have been going through a continuous existential crisis for my whole life and I'd like the ride to at least slow down a little.
