Struggling to make use of my youth
Hi everyone,
I'm on the brink of truning 25 and I've felt like the first half of my twenties was at least 90% not in my control. Not taking unpredictable life events into consideration, my declining mental health ruined the rest of what was possible to be in my control.
And I want to change that. Do something with these 5 years so I can enter my 30ies at least prepared for them, knowing myself, trusting myself. I want to be able to be there for myself if nothing else.
And don't get me wrong - I have nothing against getting older (I am looking forward to my third decade so much, that's one of the reasons I want to enter it better) - I just want to be able to want to look back at my youth and look back at it fondly.
Some advice, your life lessons, words of encouragements would be greatly appreciated!
Take care🌌

I've learnt as I get in on in years 😁 our mental health doesn't define us .
Seize every opportunity for happiness and fun.
Laugh often.
Don't put things off that matter to you.
People are the most valuable asset.
Love matters.
Live as unapologetically as possible.
Be you.
You are enough.
Don't ever care what people say about you, your opinion is all that matters.
Don't sweat the small stuff .
Worry only ruins today 💕💜
