@nailah28

I hear you, and I can feel how much this is weighing on you. Trust is one of the hardest things to rebuild once it’s been shaken, and I can see how these moments have made you question everything. You’re not wrong for feeling hurt, confused, or even exhausted from all the overthinking. When someone you love does something that makes you doubt them, even if it’s not full-blown betrayal, it still hurts.

The fact that he cried and begged you to stay shows that he knows he messed up, but I get why that alone doesn’t make the doubts go away. Trust isn’t just about words or apologies it’s about actions, consistency, and time. Right now, your mind is trying to protect you from being hurt again, which is why you’re spiraling with all these thoughts. It doesn’t mean you don’t love him, and it doesn’t mean you’re overreacting. It just means you need reassurance, stability, and honesty from him, not just in words but in how he shows up for you.

It’s okay to take your time processing this. It’s okay to ask for space if you need it. And most importantly, it’s okay to expect your partner to do the work to regain your trust. Love isn’t just about saying the right things it’s about proving them through actions.

Please don’t blame yourself for struggling with this. You’re not “too much” for wanting honesty and security in your relationship. You’re human, and your feelings are completely valid. No matter what happens, you deserve peace, love, and respect. You’re not alone in this.

He told me he was not knowing what it was.. his cousin sent him that link when he opened, it asked to sign in he did it using apple id not knowing to which thing he is signing in after that the video opened...when I checked his phone and opened hide my mail section there I saw *** and bumble and when I confronted him the he confessed that he opened that adult content link where he was asked to sign in some kind of page he was not knowing that it was bumble and *** 😞i checked his app store and got to know he really never downloaded that app so maybe he's telling the truth but still I'm not able to believe him completely and this is making me so frustrated

@nailah28

Whenever we sign in on something that website shows its name and ask for permissions to create a account so do you really think that he didn't see anything before signing in ?
