Trying to have a more positive outlook
I hope this is where I am supposed to post this. First time posting so I am not sure. Sorry if I made a mistake with that!
I often have had issues with self-esteem. I always feel guilt over bad things I have done or said in the past. I was thinking today that maybe I could try and turn that around and make it something that is positive. It isn't necessarily a bad thing that I am aware of things I do wrong or did wrong, even if it takes a while to realize. Maybe I could use that realization to then do better than I did before. We are always improving our character, we are always growing. Maybe I can convince myself this guilt that I feel is just apart of growing as a person. Simply realizing my past faults means that I have already improved since then.

You've found the right place to share your thoughts, and your post
is perfect. It's natural to struggle with self-esteem and carry guilt
from the past. But consider this: your self-awareness can be a positive
force. Instead of seeing guilt as a burden, view it as a sign of growth.
It means you've already improved since those past actions. We're all
constantly evolving, always working to better ourselves. Embrace your mistakes as a part of your personal growth, a reminder of your commitment
to becoming a better person, and then let them be(rest) where they belong, in the past! Your journey is a path towards
self-improvement, and your self-awareness is a catalyst for positive change. Have a wonderful journey!
