Career Search

I’ve been trying to find a career that is better for me financially and mentally. I had a friend who I was talking with that was trying to help me in that search. And they were going to help me with my resume today, but our schedules were not in sync, so they think I blew them off and they are no longer helping me and think I was wasting their time, so they don’t even want me in their life anymore. All of that hitting at once has sent me down a really bad spiral of anxiety and depression and I have no outlet and I’m scared that the only person who put an effort into helping me has now given up on me. I lost my friend and I feel like I can’t fix my career goals. I feel awful and I can’t stop feeling like this, I don’t know what to do.
