Divorce and Bi-Polar 2 Disorder
I’m going through a divorce and it’s hard. My ex is doing well and I’m struggling. I’m in a state of depression. I had to move in with my parents and I’ve been in physical pain with my stomach. I really need support on how to deal with this depression. I’m sinking deeper and deeper.

There are specific communities on here for depression you should try one of them to see if it helps you feel better. There is also divorce counseling. I have never done it myself but I hear it works. I think it's supposed to help you move on after the divorce. Good Luck!
I may go through seperation soon, husband is not responsible and being a King of silent treatment to punish me not following his rule and let him continue doing all the crap he is doing. But well, it is what it is. If the husbands treat us shit, all we can do is to leave them behind and move on. Time will cure us though I know it is hard.
I dnt want to talk to my friends or anybody I know in life about my weakness and I feel bad if people feel pity on me. But be strong girl, the best thing to fight back the person who hurt us is to live better and use our action to tell them - they mess up with the wrong girl.
Good luck

Breakups are tough for anyone but they can be especially difficult for bipolar folks.
Now more than ever you need to take care of yourself. Mindfulness, meditation, self-soothing, therapy are all good options.
You might also need adjustment of any bipolar medication you may be taking, I’d recommend following up with your specialist.
I am concerned that you are in physical pain with your stomach, have you had that checked out? Looking after your health both physical and emotional should be high priority right now.
