Empty nest

Mum of 2, really struggling with my kids moving out, feeling very lost and not sleeping at night, it’s not under what you would call normal circumstances, as one is 24 and just games all day and doesn’t hold down a job more than a few months and is moving interstate in 2 weeks, my other boy 22 doesn’t want to live out in the country and has gone back into town to live with friends, I know they need to lead there own lives, but really finding it hard.
