I'm new here so I don't know exactly how it works. I'm very happy to have found out this app. Imagine if it had existed 20 years ago when I suffered from panick attacks...but well let's say I did it ok considering I had to be more creative.
Yesterday I was anxious and I could find a great listener. Amazing!!! He helped me a lot so I only have gratitude towards him.
Well I'm here to know about all of you because I like to share my experience as much as I like learning from yours.
