I'm too shy

I meet a lot of people in my daily life (university, neighborhood, parties...etc) and I like them very much and they seem to like me too, but I am very shy and can't make any movement so that I turn away from them if they start talking to me or looking at me, and this is what led Until I've been single my whole life, I'm really bored and I don't know what to do, yesterday I went to a wedding and found a Cute guy but I didn't do anything but look at him, and now that the party is over I don't know anything about him and I think he's gone forever
