I am in constant pain everyday and sometimes when the pain is too much, I would have panic attacks. It's so hard coz i sometimes feel like a limp noodle and i would feel cold all over. 😭

I can vouch for the fact that chronic pain is not fun or easy to deal with. I am starting to feel it myself in spades lately due to the weather changing and getting colder.
You are most definitely not alone on this. I do have a question, though. Do heating pads or hot baths help your pain?
