Yes, I think I am fighting a version of agoraphobia. . . There are times I do not want to go outside. I am afraid someone will yell at me for being just outside without a mask. (I was told only in some buildings do we need a mask, not if I have no one around me outside.) I want to go for walks, but I'm scared of getting the virus or being hurt and having no one to help in fear of the virus.
I also had a bad situation happen yesterday. . . my mom and I were trying to get a lyft for laundry and groceries and we were denied, and they made me feel bad and dirty. I am more clean since this virus. I have doubled up on my claning routine. I really feel uber and lyft and make me nervous as it is, but I was hit by a car and I've tried to drive and when car look like they are coming at me, I freak. I feel like I do not want to leave my place.
I am secretly glad I have health problems and I do not have to work or deal with people. I have been less and less social. This site is probably the most social that I am, other than a few close family and friends.
