There must be some reason you can think of,a purpose,or a goal maybe or something that you could focus on,a poem or passage in a book that resonates with you and gives you hope for tomorrow?
You can make it I know it’s hard and the struggle can feel like you are towing a ten ton truck around but it does get better. When I feel hopeless or that emptiness that creeps in I stop and force myself to look around outside or inside and I think of one good thing that I see or something good that’s happened. Just remember your record for getting through all the bad days so far is at 100%. Don’t let the loneliness win. Fill it with something. What do you like to do? What are your hobbies or interests?
I'm not sure that I understand exactly what you mean but please do reach out for professional help immediately. Wishing for you a better tomorrow.
You will make it, it gets better. Please be sure to be there when it does.
Lonelines is scarey when we pay attention to it.I had been lonely for decades and every day is a challenge and i always have it back of my mind but i have learnt to not to win over me instead i engage myself .So plan on a vacation or a visit to a mall or call up any senior in your area as they too are lonely and have a chat or join a volunteer organization like meals on wheals or habitat for humanity something but never let your loneliness win over you .Sometimes i even go to library and pick a nice book or a movie . Just keep going .You are here for a reason and your presence matters a lot .
