Overwhelmed and not sleeping

Hi all. I’m brand new here. I’ve suffered from major anxiety and depression since I can remember, even as a child. I’m definitely hoping I can get help to get myself out of this. Alonso I tried to do online therapy here but won’t let me choose my state of PA if anyone can help me out there. Thank you!!
