Zero Friends
I moved to a new state and know no one. Seriously don't even know how to go about meeting people.
Hi! I know how you feel. I can remember feeling lonely and homesick after moving to a different state. It does take time to get to know people. Everytime we move, it seems the friendships come from different places. Sometimes it has been neighbors, people from work, or parents who have children that my children were friends with. I wanted to get involved with a library group, church group, and volunteer the last state we were in, but I didn't have time. Consider your interests, and go from there, but it does take time to get settled into a new place. There's also the idea of accomplishing some goals that were on the back burner with some freed up time. I hope this helps!
