CONTACT Line - Support Resource

Hi all! Just wanted to let you know about a new free talk therapy resource I found (CONTACT Line). Their counselors support you by video call, and I felt so incredibly heard and appreciated after my call.

I really wish more people knew about them because they can help you with any issue, and there are no costs associated. Just set up a meeting and you're good to go.
