Drunk argument

I recently lashes out at my wife while drunk. Told her a lot what i think and about all issues we have.

Many over exaggerated ofcourse and i regret this so much

My wife feels terrible and things are really bad. I'm not sure how to solve this because some are real concerns for me.

But i guess i have to talk through everything with her

Another problem is I'm very emotional unstable right now and cry every other night. Lost a good friend due to cancer, i lost my parents all within 6 months.

I really need someone to talk to. I wish this could be my wife but I think I've poisoned our relationship for x months

I really don't know what to do.

I just have no energy to argue or fight

Hi, I’m really sorry about what you’re going through. I don’t know how bad it is with your wife right now. I know that it sucks to be in a fight with your better half…

But I know that things will definitely get better. Don’t lose hope and try to be as positive as you can.

Loyaltree ...

I understand your pain and I can sense a real feeling of regret. I would like to help you heal. I would like to listen to your story .. and try to make things better for you (and your wife) ... The first thing you need to remember is something very simple: Stop trying to calm the storm. You can't do that. But what you CAN do - is to calm yourself !! When you are able to do that - the storm will pass.

You do not have to fight this battle alone. I would welcome the opportunity to get to know you better and listen to your story ... and maybe - together, you can begin to heal from the inside out. Feel free to connect with me ... it's going to be okay.

Dear friend,

Sound like you are grieving several losses hard. The death of your parents as well as your friend. That is very traumatuc and devastating. I am so sorry for your loss.

I recently lost my pregnancy as well as my relationship and have been feeling similarly. In my grief, I regrettably also lashed out at people who didn't deserve it (e.g. my mother). I am saying this only so you understand you are not alone and it is what happenes sometimes when we are in deep pain. We can only apologise and hope for understanding, which I believe we deserve. We deserve support, love and understanding.

I hope you find the strength to reach out to friends, other family members, support groups and therapists to get some more support besides your wife.

I am here to chat too but don't know how to private message.

You have been through a lot - please don't be too hard with yourself.

Lots of love,

Shade
