Relationship help

Hey guys, 

I have been dating this guy on and off for a couple of years in about three months ago. I had the conversation with him that we either need to push this forward or end things. When I said that he said he wanted to see me consistently so he bought my plane ticket for me to come and visit in Florida for a week as he has to be there right now for work. Things went really great and it was a really good week. He even told me that I was starting to feel like home. I told him that I know he is busy and so am I but we need to focus on consistency and we shouldn’t be going days without communicating and he agreed things were going really well for about a month after my trip to Florida and he is supposed to be coming here within a week and a half. The last couple of weeks he has not been responding to my texts and goes a week without responding. I’ve asked him if anything is wrong. He just said that he is really busy with work, but he feels the same. I have not heard back from him since Thursday and I’ve sent about six messages. He has also not confirmed that April trip, which she is supposed to be coming out in a week and a half. I feel like I’m going crazy is this him just ghosting me and trying to break it off what is happening here?
