That was not your fault, sometimes things do not happen as we expected, and you feel that your life stops and you do not know how you are going to continue but no matter what happens you have to persist and find something new to fight for. 

@Naturepixie81 Losing people that you were comfortable with and knew for all of your life can be hard, scary and lonely. Reaching out and speaking up, allows opportunity for new friends. I am here if you need someone to talk to. 

I can relate! I’m 46 and was so terribly lonely for years (really my 30s). It’s difficult making new friends as an adult. I finally have a job I love and coworkers that I consider friends, but it was a long time coming.

Here you will make lots of friends. There are lots of great people ready to discuss, share and support.

i haven’t got many friends either !! happens to the best of us, you find new people in the most unexpected of places thoughh

I understand. I moved from a 'small-ish' city (275,00) to a larger city (1.6 million) in 2017, not knowing a soul. Even 7 years on, I have 'aquaintance' friends, but no one I'd say is a 'solid' friend here. I stay in touch with a couple of friends back home, that help me through.

I see in your bio that you are a podcaster, vlogger, writer, photographer, and contact creator. So cool! I hope it helps with the loneliness & gives some comfort.

I am in a similar situation, I have been trying to make new friends but it's so hard as an adult.
