@SSiham

Hey there! First of all, I just want to say that I hear you, and I’m really sorry you’re going through this. Rejection, especially when feelings are still so strong, is incredibly tough, and it’s completely okay to struggle with it. Please don’t be too hard on yourself; healing takes time, and your feelings are valid.

I know it might not feel like it right now, but you are more than this pain, and you deserve love and happiness too. It’s okay to grieve what was, but I hope you also leave space for what can be because your story isn’t over.

If you ever need to talk, I’m here for you. And if you’d like, you can also reach out to any available listener. You don’t have to go through this alone. Sending you warmth and strength.

I think the best thing for you to do is to let go off it, tho it might not be easy but you just have to. Felling rejected from the person you loved is so heartbreaking but still, what has happened has happened all you need to do now is to just accept the fact that it has happened and move on. Have your peace of mind and forget about it because it is now in the past focus on your present

Hye, I'm also new. I am also kind of struggling with rejection. Do you want to talk about it?

I think it would help.

While easier said than done, let’s focus on swapping out point of you. Instead of rejection, it is simply growing apart. Try to think positively, for example, everything happens for a reason! You are faced with difficult moments in life to make you stronger. If you haven’t fully disconnected from this person, it is time you put yourself first and step back from them being in your life.

@SSiham You are not alone! I've felt this way before after being rejected and it is normal to still have feelings for that person. But it is important to understand that this is only temporary and that you will meet someone in the future who reciprocates the love you have for them. Personally, what I did to overcome these feelings of rejection was hang out with friends, do things I enjoy like make music and sports, and meet new people. I am wishing the best for you and hope you are able to overcome these emotions, you can do it!

You are more than enough. Use that energy for yourself, self love, compassion, and care. You deserve a relationship or situation that is mutually beneficial. I have learned recently the importance of setting healthy boundaries such as not over extending myself to people, places, or things that do not serve my higher purpose. You are not alone and hopefully this helps some.
