Howzit all

I am 35, a married man, without kids and can barely get through a "normal" day.

I am suffering from burnout, depression and boredom.

It is hard to manage the 3 aspects of my life and I am feeling I am losing the fight...

Most of my time and income is spent on my wife's health and medical bills.

I am losing my motivation\passion for my work even after I change jobs.

I have lost all interest in my hobbies and personal goals and I feel guilty for not doing something productive when I have free time.

In South Africa, it is hard to find free or affordable help that makes a difference (for me and my wife).
If anyone knows a way out of this mess, please let me know.

@reuseven Hi there. Thank you for sharing your struggles with us. That sounds like a lot!!!

Sometimes talking about what we are going through can help us begin to take the emotions out of it, and then we can begin to see things a little differently, and after that, we can start to think of possible solutions.

I am not in the same country as you, so I don't know what kind of local resources you have available. However, please reach out to myself or another listener if you would like to talk more in-depth about what you are going through. You can start a chat by clicking on www.7cups.com/BrowseListeners/

@myselfethan12354
Meaning no disrespect but starting a business in a foreign country does not seem like a good idea...
I started an indie game development project but lacked the drive to make meaningful progress for the last few months.
