Love sucks
When you love someone you wish you didn't. How can you stop this feeling?
I dk. Im in the same boat. I like a work collegue+she knows it, but im married. The work collegue WAS 1 of my best friends 2.
Feels like she hates me now 😭

I’m sorry you’re feeling this way. I can definitely relate, you are not alone. If possible, it helps to distance yourself from the person you are trying not to like. Also sometimes considering any negative aspects of their personality can lessen your feelings for them. Even though it is much easier said than done, doing activities that you enjoy with others can help take your mind off that person.
Again, your feelings are valid and I wish you the best of luck!
@zeetee17 I don't really think that is a feeling that you can stop immediately. Speaking from personal experience, when you love someone you don't want to love, its hard for you to let go. I found that distancing myself and not really talking to them anymore helped quite a bit. Though it does take time and patience. I think that if you're "over them" doesn't mean that a little part of you doesn't love them anymore. You know what I mean? Like a tiny part of you will always love them. Love is a really funny thing to me but yeah. I think its more about patience and distance. Good luck, love! <3

Hi :) I think when we love someone it almost consumes us and so many feelings and emotions become wrapped up in that. There is no quick easy way to stop loving someone....it takes a lot of time. Like others have said, if you can distance yourself from the person that helps a lot! Staying busy and doing things you really like can distract you from thoughts of the person. If the person that you love was toxic or just wrong for you, you eventually start to look back and realize that you deserve better and you slowly start loving yourself more. :)
@zeetee17 I can totally relate to you since I think I am in same situation. But the only way to stop this is to know that you should be the most important person for yourself. Pamper yourself, give yourself treat, value yourself, believe in yourself and give attention to yourself and keep yourself busy with "you" only. 💫

Hello. I do understand what you are going through and I know its easy to say then put it to action, somethings leave a scar on you. But what I did to overcome this feeling was to never express it before anyone. Sharing it with others, only opens those wounds and we keep doing it time and again, never realizing that in this process we are hurting ourselves. Also I believe everything happens for a reason. The best would be to withdraw the outcome from your experiences so that you don't end up landing in the same pit again. Remember, we are humans, nobody is perfect, give yourself benefit of doubt, we are allowed to make mistakes. People come and go, but we need to stand up for ourselves, nothing is better than figuring out things and issues like a lone warrior.....
Definitely have a hard time with that well.
Always so complicated for me to let it go. 😔
I’ve been thinking about this a lot lately. Maybe if I lived myself more I wouldn’t have to rely on someone else loving be to feel good about myself… ugh.
