I don't have many "solutions" but two suggestions come to mind:

  1. Write it all down. What your backstabbing coworkers say/do, when they say/do it, the results, how you feel after all that 💩. Verbal testimony isn't worth the paper it isn't written on. Dead-tree journals are better than text files because with digital stuff, it's easier for someone to accuse you of making it up to cause trouble...physical evidence is harder to argue with.
  2. Make damn sure you're in good with the boss. It matters what he thinks, not what anyone else thinks.

Maybe put your energy into some other things too like hobbies you enjoy or classes. It sounds like they can tell you are so dedicated to that one thing so they are playing into that. Put your own attention onto other things you love and they will too! Or else they will copy you and then the subject will be all that other cool stuff instead.

@tiredbubble00

your doing okay you know in fact that you have the will to stay and work your already  a step ahead of everyone. And I know you have the determination to keep going  you will become financially stable to leave that place. But for now solutions would be venting to a friend or if you can start a meeting about  toxic work place environment. (ps I have never given anyone advice and i really hope i haven't offended you in any way)

@tiredbubble00 I’m so sorry you’re feeling like this but you are NOT ALONE!! I completely understand and can relate to how overwhelmed you’re feeling both socially and with your work. It’s so hard to keep getting up and continuing when it feels like this. But I promise: it will absolutely get better!! It’s exhausting, but you are being strengthened by it and it WILL be turned around for your good!!

I know your schedule is very tight, but as much as you can, try to focus on the good, take breaks, and no matter what, continue fighting. I try to consistently name 5 things I’m grateful for, journal my feelings, and make time for a hobby (even 10 minutes of doing something I enjoy really helps.)

As for the work situation, if you can, talk to your supervisors about what’s happening. If you stand up to your coworkers, do it calmly, gently, and firmly. Let go of any anger/unforgiveness (it only takes away your own peace). Continue working and doing good; good WILL come out of this situation!

You are absolutely strong enough to get through this!! Please feel free to reach out whenever you need it; we’re rooting for you!! Sending you so much love, hugs, and prayers 💕
