Alone for life
I'm more than depressed I'm at the point of dispare I have nothing left in me to keep pulling me back out. I've given up
I recommend book of Jo’b, Psalms, and Proverbs/Ecclesiasties.
Work, Gym, Church.
Travel, Social workers, Case managers.
Weight training partners, Good coworkers to rap with, and a pastor to talk to.
Friendship, brotherhood, and fellowship.
You are not alone. We are not alone, and they are not alone. Priorities goal by goal, each one done gives us confidence to tackle another bigger and bigger.
Mind, body and spirit. Each entity of us, can be strengthen, when we work out, it rips the muscle making it stronger, which forms calluses on our hands. Which gives us confidence. Same with the mind, the more we work, the higher your bank account, assets and necessities, which gives us confidence, same with our spirit, in the spirit world, there is a whole bunch of things God wants us to do, the more we do what He wants, the more He strengthens us.
Cant give up no matter what, one by teddy Roosevelt said, if you feel that you are at the end of your rope, tie a knot and hang on, cool thing about that saying is, we can than tie another knot, and pull closer to get out of our rut, and we can tie another knot and climb closer to getting not just out of our mental cages, we can pull ourselves into someplace of not just stability and structure, but prosperity and thriving.
A similar one is from confucius, who says how do you move a mountain? One stone at a time.
Another cool one is from Desmond tutu, who says how do you eat a elephant, one bite at a time, you can draw on a piece of paper a elephant model or label a wall or object and write your problems on each brick as a obstacle you are trying to get pass, and each brick has a problem in it, by doing each brick in adversity of those small pieces, everytime you accomplish one of those challenges, use your eraser and erase a portion of those bricks on the wall, and than soon enough, the entire wall will be gone and you will have busted through.
One goal at a time.
Do not give up. Learn ways to love and appreciate yourself be kinder to yourself love ❤️

I hope it’s okay to share on your post and tell a little of my story. My ex wife was always fighting with me, all the time but I thought there was love and an understanding. She was always strong and focused, no nonsense. We separated and she moved. I know where she is but cannot move there. It’s a long story that I’d rather not even think about.
My ex, after a year and half of being separated and talking with my kids, has given me no options to talk or see my kids; I did nothing. She’s with someone else. My grandmother, who raised me, passed away recently. It’s just me now and I’m not sure how to live.
I work and I come home to an empty apartment. I am quiet and maybe an easy target for people. I try to be nice. I am in a new line of work and struggle for good performance. I always had a rock. I literally feel like I’m wading in water all day.
Loneliness hurts, loss hurts, change is difficult, teasing and lies cause depression. I have never bothered anyone. Why do I always feel like this. I live in fear of homelessness as I have no one to help if something happened with work. I just do my best, afraid and depressed, grieving.
wiccandragon, I relate to your post. I feel the same way all the time.
