Anger, grief and depression
I don't even know where to start. The story is a long one. Mostly I'm just mad, sad and depressed every day! I hate it. I'm so tired. I have nothing and no one. I'm alone and have no friends. No family that I am close too. I am grieving and have no where to have any connection. I'm lost, I can't get out of this. I can't fix it or take away the pain. I hate my job and all the people I work with. You say, easy fix.....get a new job. But it's not that easy, to find a job that pays enough, that allows the freedoms that I have to take care of my kids. It's a tough find, at least where Iive. Idk what to do, idk how to stop being so angry all the time.
I understand exactly where you're coming from. Jobs are plentiful but finding ones that meet your needs is very hard! My s/o struggled for months trying to find a job that paid the bills and offered decent insurance. It felt so hopeless, worrying about where our childs next meal was coming from or how we were going to afford our medications. I hope things turn around for you! There are plenty of resources on 7 cups; don't give up hope! You are worth it!
Weird as it sounds but the first step is to feel gratitude for this current job in order to attract better opportunities.
When you'd be at home, try to relax, take a deep breath and remember all the good things you already did through this job and everything you have learned from this place and make a list to remind you everytime you feel frustrated.
Think in terms of frequency on a radio, you want to listen the frequency 106.5 FM but you are tunning 96.7 , the best you can do it's to elevate your frequency until you reach what do you really want and be sure to declare it clearly, out loud what do you want from God/YHWH/life/Universe (you name it). Do not give attention to what you don't want, it will bring more of the same.
Gratitude always attracts good fruits.
